1. Overview

This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics software by default. No third-party scripts are loaded on page load. The following describes what personal data is collected, by whom, and for what purpose.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. All-Inkl processes server log files (IP address, browser, operating system, referring page, time of request) for security and error analysis. These logs are not shared with third parties and are deleted within the statutory retention periods. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). 4. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc., 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA. When you subscribe, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted payment page. Stripe processes your payment data (card details, billing address, email address) under their own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the payment and your email address. We do not store card details.

Stripe is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Stripe privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).

We store the following membership data: email address, subscription status (active / cancelled), Stripe customer ID, and a generated access key. This data is stored in a password-protected MySQL database on the all-inkl server in Germany and is not shared with third parties.

5. Access key and localStorage

After successful payment, we send you a unique access key by email. If you enter this key on a card page, it is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key icddsm_key. This allows the browser to remember your access without a login. The key is validated against our server on each page load where it is used. No cookies are set. You can remove the key at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

6. Email communication

We send transactional emails (access key delivery, subscription confirmation) via the PHP mail() function on our all-inkl server. We do not use third-party email marketing services. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@johannesfaupel.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for data protection in Hesse: datenschutz.hessen.de.

8. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses HTTPS. Data transmitted between your browser and our server is encrypted via TLS. You can identify an encrypted connection by the lock icon in your browser's address bar.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy if our data processing practices change. The current version is always available at icddsm.com/privacy/. Last updated: June 2026.
